Alvin Lim
Mr Alvin Lim is the Founder of Metrocon. From 2016 to 2019 he operated the Company as a landed residential property development business, completing approximately 10 landed development projects before pivoting Metrocon to the piling business. He is a director of several construction-related companies, including LBD Machinery Pte. Ltd.
Mr Lim has stepped down from his executive directorship in the Group with effect from February 2026; the CEO is responsible for day-to-day management, while Mr Lim continues to provide overall strategy, high-level direction and leadership to the Group.
Tan Kean Seng
Mr Tan Kean Seng joined the Group in January 2019 and was appointed Executive Director in August 2025. He is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction and day-to-day management of the Group, and is accountable for the execution of its business strategy and operational and financial objectives.
He brings deep expertise in construction, bored piling and ground improvement, having served as deputy project manager at Keller Foundations (S E Asia), project engineer at Tat Hin Builders, and civil engineer at JDC Corporation.
Charlotte Tay
Ms Charlotte Tay has been General Manager of LBD Machinery Pte Ltd since October 2025, leading company-wide operational and asset management strategies — driving cost efficiency and equipment reliability across construction sites. She has served as a director of LBD Engineering, reappointed since April 2026.
She was previously an investment associate at Globaleye, an asset management executive at Rickmers Reederei (Singapore), and began her career as a dealer at Lim & Tan Securities. She serves on the School Advisory Committee of Wellington Primary School.
Kenny Sim
Mr Kenny Sim is Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Serial Achieva Limited (SGX-ST Catalist), CEO and Executive Director of FSK Advisory and I2 Capital, Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Meta Health Limited (SGX-ST Catalist), and a Non-Executive Director of Global Invacom Group (SGX-ST Mainboard).
He was previously CEO of WE Holdings Ltd (now Accrelist), and has held board roles at USP Group, BoldTek Holdings and ZACD Group (HKEX GEM). He was awarded the Public Service Medal (2020), the Order of St John (2021) and the Public Service Star (COVID-19) (2022).
Cheah Wee Teong
Mr Cheah Wee Teong is a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Asian Micro Holdings Limited (SGX-ST Catalist), serving on its audit, nominating and remuneration committees, and a director of its subsidiaries Asian Micro Capital and Leverage Income.
His career spans IT, audit and risk-management roles across assurance and advisory, banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail and urban infrastructure.
Stanley Lee
Mr Stanley Lee manages Waterseal Singapore Pte Ltd, specialising in waterproofing and roofing services, and is an Executive Director of Royal Oaks Investments, a private equity and property investment company. He holds non-executive directorships at DSA Properties, Gey Lang, Waterseal Services and Aquahandy Innovative Health Technology.
He previously served as Deputy Director in the Development Office of Nanyang Technological University and as an executive director in corporate advisory and M&A at RHT Strategic Advisory.
Vinodh s/o Visvanathan
Mr Vinodh s/o Visvanathan is a practicing lawyer and Senior Associate with JK Law Chambers. He previously practised at Hin Tat Augustine & Partners and Damodara Ong LLC, and is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
